Serving Suggestions
Take 1 capsule every 7 days with plenty of liquid with a meal.
Suitable for people with diabetes. Not suitable for children under 11 years of age.
Magnesium may have a laxative effect. Use should be limited to a maximum of 12 weeks. After completing the treatment period, it is recommended to have your vitamin D levels checked. The package contains a reserve supply for future treatment periods.
