Serving Suggestions
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water.
Consume no more than 2.95 mg of monacolin from red yeast rice per day. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 18, and adults over 70 should not take this product. Do not take this product if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing red yeast rice. If you experience any health concerns, consult a doctor before consuming this product.
