Auricularia auricula (also known as Mu Er or Judas's ear) is considered one of the oldest edible mushrooms. It is very commonly used in Asian cuisine. Reports suggest that the mushroom was already being cultivated in China about 1,500 years ago to meet the high local demand.
However, the use of Auricularia to promote human health also has a centuries-old tradition. This medicinal mushroom is described in detail in naturopathy, and there are numerous studies on its active ingredients.

Serving Suggestions
Take 3 capsules daily with about 1/4 liter of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Side effects: Depending on individual sensitivity, reactions such as indigestion, nausea, headaches, or skin reactions may occur initially (especially at higher doses). This is due in large part to the general cleansing and detoxifying effects of medicinal mushrooms, which is their natural purpose. In such cases, reduce the dose and proceed gradually.
