Recommended intake
Take up to 3 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid during a meal.
Consume a maximum of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate per day.
Pregnant or nursing women and children under 18 years of age should not consume Biogena Diamonds®.
The product should not be taken on an empty stomach or on the same day as other green tea products.
Products containing trans-resveratrol should only be consumed under medical supervision when taking medications.
