The gut flora, also known as the microbiome, colonizes our intestines. The large intestine, in particular, is covered by a dense bacterial mat. Approximately 100,000 billion bacteria from more than 400 different species together make up the gut flora, which weighs over 1 kilogram. Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are particularly common.

Serving Suggestions
Take 1 capsule twice daily with plenty of liquid, about 30 minutes before a meal. If taking antibiotics at the same time, it is recommended to wait 2–3 hours between doses.
