Hericium (also known as lion’s mane mushroom, knobby lion’s mane, monkey head mushroom, pom-pom, and yamabushitake) is a very tasty mushroom that is considered a delicacy. Serving Suggestions
Take 3 capsules daily with about 1/4 liter of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Side effects: Depending on individual sensitivity, reactions such as indigestion, nausea, headaches, or skin reactions may occur initially (especially at higher doses). This is due in large part to the general cleansing and detoxifying effects of medicinal mushrooms, which is their natural purpose. In such cases, reduce the dose and proceed gradually.
