The medicinal mushroom ABM (Agraricus Blacei Murrill)
It was only about 45 years ago that the beneficial properties of the ABM mushroom were discovered in Brazil. The mushroom is also commonly known as the sun mushroom, Agaricus blazei Murrill, or Himematsutake. Since then, this medicinal mushroom has been extensively documented in naturopathy, and there are numerous studies on its active compounds.
Mykoplan’s “Whole Life Cycle” products have made it possible to gently produce bioactive medicinal mushroom products. They contain high levels of all essential ingredients while preserving the holistic integrity of the mushroom. Depending on the harvest, the content of key polysaccharides ranges from 26% to 32%—a level that is normally achievable only through specialized extraction processes.

Serving Suggestions
Take 3 capsules daily with about 1/4 liter of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Side effects: Depending on individual sensitivity, reactions such as indigestion, nausea, headaches, or skin reactions may occur initially (especially at higher doses). This is due in large part to the general cleansing and detoxifying effects of medicinal mushrooms, which is their natural purpose. In such cases, reduce the dose and proceed gradually.
