Serving Suggestions
Take one pump into your mouth and hold the liquid there for 30 seconds before swallowing. It is best to take it on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before eating. It can be mixed with a small amount of water.
Use within 180 days after opening. Store at room temperature (not in the refrigerator) and protect from light.
